PETITION TO OPPOSE UPZONING
We oppose Mayor Daniel Lurie’s “Family Zoning" Plan, the most drastic changes ever made to San Francisco's Planning Code and to the Richmond District.

Мы выступаем против предложенного мэром Дэниелом Лури плана «семейного зонирования», который представляет собой наиболее радикальное изменение правил планирования Сан-Франциско и района Ричмонд.
Mayor Lurie’s "Family Zoning" plan is oversized and destructive to the Richmond District. This plan provides no new affordable housing while allowing the demolition of 6,000 rent controlled units. It will result in the displacement of small businesses and residents, problems with traffic, parking, air quality, loss of light, the environment, and will strain our infrastructure. In total, these and many more negative impacts will forever destroy our neighborhoods’ unique character and quality of life.
We urge the City to change its approach to fulfilling the State's mandate to build more housing, and instead support community-created alternatives that protect historic structures, small businesses, rent control tenants, multi-generational family homes, and already existing affordable housing, and fill the thousands of vacancies that exist throughout San Francisco.

Мы против так называемого. “ПЛАНА СЕМЕЙНОГО ЗОНА”. Этот закон разрушит наш Ричмонд. Он не добавит доступных квартир. Потеряем магазины. Нас всех выселят.В новых высоченных зданиях квартиры дорогие и недоступные. ЭТО НЕЛЬЗЯ ДОПУСТИТЬ.
