PAR (Planning Association for the Richmond), is San Francisco's largest neighborhood organization.   Our mission is to maintain and improve the quality of life in San Francisco's Richmond District. 

Membership is open to everyone who lives, works, owns property or runs a business in the Richmond District.  We are governed by an annually elected, 23-member Board of Directors. Our newsletter is published quarterly.

PAR has a dues-paying membership of about 1,400 Richmond District households and businesses.  We are a 501c3 corporation. 

Dues, which start at $15 per year, are tax deductible.

This is our only source of income: in order to keep views and values grounded in the Richmond, we do not accept funds from any private or government body.
